1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller of your personal data is Jakub Němec, a sole trader operating under the name Intesyz, Company ID (IČO) 19704666, registered in the Czech Trade Register, Czech Republic („we“, „us“). Our identification data can be verified by the Company ID above in the public Czech business register (ARES); we will provide a postal address on request.

For anything related to privacy, write to sales@intesyz.com. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer — we are not required to.

2. What data we process and why

When you contact us

If you e-mail us, call us or send us a message, we process the identification and contact details you provide (typically name, e-mail address, phone number, company) and the content of your message. We use it to answer you and to prepare a proposal.

When you book a consultation

Our contact page embeds a booking calendar operated by Calendly. When you book a slot, you give Calendly your name, e-mail address and the time you selected; that information is then passed on to us. Calendly also processes technical data about your device — see section 4.

When you are our client

To deliver a project and issue invoices we process contact details of the people we work with on your side, billing details, and records of our communication. Where a project requires access to your systems, we process the data those systems contain strictly as a processor and only under a separate agreement with you.

When you simply visit the website

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, browser and operating system. These logs exist to keep the site running and secure. We do not use them to identify individual visitors.

3. Legal bases

We process personal data under the GDPR on these grounds:

• Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) — answering your enquiry, preparing a proposal, delivering an agreed project.
• Compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — mainly accounting and tax rules that require us to keep invoices.
• Our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — keeping the website secure, keeping records of our business communication, and defending legal claims. You can object to this processing at any time (see section 8).

Providing your data is voluntary. Without contact details, however, we cannot reply to you or deliver a project.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing. We do use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:

We may also disclose data to public authorities where the law requires it, and to our accountants and legal advisers, who are bound by confidentiality.

5. Transfers outside the EU

Calendly and Google are based in the United States or transfer data there. Such transfers are covered by the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, by Standard Contractual Clauses.

Both load only if you allow them. Decline in the cookie bar and no request reaches either company. If you would rather not use the booking calendar at all, simply e-mail or call us instead — the contact page lists both.

6. How long we keep data

• Enquiries that do not lead to a project: up to 12 months from our last contact.
• Client records and correspondence: for the duration of the contract and 4 years after it ends.
• Invoices and accounting records: 10 years, as required by Czech tax law.
• Server logs: typically weeks to a few months, per our hosting provider's settings.

7. Cookies and local storage

The first time you open the site, a bar asks what you allow. Until you answer, nothing beyond the strictly necessary loads — and Reject all is a single click, exactly like Accept all.

These are not cookies at all. We keep two small items in your browser's local storage and neither ever leaves your device:

Only with your consent — analytics

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics 4 loads and sets its own cookies (typically _ga and _ga_<ID>) to tell repeat visits apart. They contain a random identifier, not your name, and expire after up to two years. We run Google Consent Mode, so until you agree Google is given no permission to store anything.

Only with your consent — booking calendar

If you allow the embedded calendar, Calendly loads on the contact page and sets its own cookies, governed by Calendly's privacy policy. Until then a placeholder stands in its place and Calendly receives no request from you.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• ask what data we hold about you and get a copy of it;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data erased, where there is no reason for us to keep it;
• have processing restricted while a dispute is resolved;
• receive data you gave us in a portable, machine-readable format;
• object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
• withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.

Write to sales@intesyz.com and we will respond within one month. If you believe we are handling your data incorrectly, you may lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7), or with the supervisory authority in your own country.

9. Security

The whole website runs over HTTPS. Access to client data is limited to the two of us, protected by strong authentication, and granted only where a project requires it. Where we work inside your systems, we follow the access rules you set.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services change. The version and effective date at the top of the page always tell you which version applies. For material changes we will notify clients directly.
